Apply shampoo to scalp and gently massage evenly. Rinse thoroughly.

Rub conditioner from roots to ends. Leave in for 1-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Should be followed with Scalp Relief Serum. Apply the serum on the roots. Do not rinse.
